Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. 1-2 hours cancellation notice prior to your service will result in a charge of 50% of the total treatment price. No shows will be subject to a fee worth 100% of your treatment cost.

We understand that unforeseen emergencies do come up, but we reserve the right to enforce this policy. 

Cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This prevents us from being able to accommodate other guests, and also leave our practitioners without work. As a courtesy we send a confirmation text and email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as a reminder. However, if we are unable to reach you, or you have opted out of this feature, please note that our policy still applies as it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please cancel by calling our reception desk at 250-794-9450 during receptions hours, or if it is after hours, please email natureswayfsj@gmail.com (subject line Cancellation). If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment time then we will waive the fee. Therefor the more notice we have the better.
