Prenatal massage is for expecting mothers at all stages of pregnancy who would like their whole body addressed. Elly has specialized education in this area and can work with a wide array of prenatal concerns. We have a face down configuration for moms who are not yet showing or we have a side lying cushions for moms who are further along in their pregnancy.

Postnatal massage is to offer support to mothers who are recovering from childbirth related discomforts including post surgery healing, breastfeeding, lactation related discomfort, pelvic pain, headaches and postpartum depression. This would be for moms who would like certain issues addressed or a full body relaxation massage. Newborns may acompany mothers for the duration of the massage.
