Welcome to FSJ's very first zerowaste refillery for all your basic household and bodycare needs.

Let us make it easy for you to reduce your waste!

Our goal is to reduce the amount of single use disposable packaging going into the landfills, water ways and inefficient recycling systems by making it as easy as we can for people to reuse the packaging they already have.  

"Zero Waste is the conservation of all resources by means of responsible production, consumption, reuse, and recovery of all products, packaging, and materials without burning them and without discharges to land, water, or air that threaten the environment or human health." — The definition adopted by the Zero Waste International Alliance (ZWIA) 2018. 

We gladly refill anything that is clean and encourage you to bring your own containers (BYOC). Your containers do not have to be empty. We understand not everything will run out at the same time; we will tare your container and you only pay for what we top up.

Forgot your containers? No worries, we have a large selection of bottles and jars to get you started. Each time you come in, we will weigh your empty container, fill it with the product of your choice and weight it again before ringing you through. 

The container that will work best depends on the product you’re having it filled with. Can we easily get the product into the container — and will you be able to easily get it out? Will the container effectively hold the product?  

Order the product and the quantity you want at our counters. We will tare your container before filling so that you are charged for the proper weight of product. We charge by the gram.   We do the refilling and weighing for you so you can have time to browse our shop. 

Drop Off Service: It may take us some time to fill your containers, therefor feel free to take advantage  of our drop-off service: leave your containers with us and come back at a time that's convenient.

Please note that during COVID-19 we are offering curbside pick up or delivery* if using purchased containers from us.  Please call ahead or message us through our business FB page to order the quantity and product that you would like.

*Delivery applies to within city limits of FSJ, and there is a flat rate fee of $5.00 for a delivery under a $50.00 purchase.  Purchases over $50.00 the delivery fee is waived within city limits. 

Once you're containers are filled you can pay with debit, mastercard , visa or e-transfer. If sending an e-transfer please send to natureswayholistichealthcentre@gmail.com
